Level 2 and Level 3 Chartered Institute of Environmental Health
Foundation Food Hygiene Course. (Level 2)
This is a one day course with an exam at the end of the day and is suitable for all people who work and operate in all catering environments.
Intermediate Food Hygiene Course. (Level 3)
This course is for supervisors who create and are responsible for the set up and upkeep of the food safety systems of the food outlet. There will be an exam on the last day.
Both are considered to be of the highest standard when being inspected by the environmental health authorities.
